カナダのチャイルドポルノダウンロード問題について、自分用覚え書き。

In order to protect children there are laws that punish the sexual exploitation of children and the circulation of child pornography. Child pornography is defined in section 163.1of the Criminal Code as a “photographic, film, video or other visual representation, that shows a person who is or is depicted as being under the age of eighteen years and is engaged in or is depicted as engaged in explicit sexual activity […]; or any written material or visual representation that advocates or counsels sexual activity with a person under the age of eighteen years.”
